To raise EFL learners’ awareness aboutconversationalstrategies (CSs) and to assess the impact of explicit CSs training on enhancinglearners’ intercultural communicative competencewere the main objectives of the study.The latter proves the effeciency and feasibility of the multi-dimensional perspective as itcements the weaknessesinherent in eachresearch instrument. More importantly, ithighlights the fact of integratingboth ‘what-to-learn goals’ and ‘how-to-learn goals’ in the languagelearning/ teaching situation.

تتمحور أهداف الدراسة الحالية في رفع مستوى وعي متعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية حول استخدامات و فوائد استراتيجيات الاتصال و كذا تقييم تأثير التدريب المباشر لهذه الاستراتيجيات على تعزيز الكفاءة التواصلية للمتعلمين. وعليه, تم إجراء تعليم قائم على استراتيجية التدخل في جامعة سطيف 2.أثبت الفحص كفاءة المنظور متعدد الأبعاد بدلا من المنظور أحادي البعد لأنه يعزز نقاط الضعف الكامنة في كل أداة بحث. و الأهم من ذلك, ألقت هذه الدراسة الضوء على أهمية دمج 'أهداف ما يجب تعلمه' و 'أهداف كيفية التعلم' لإنجاح تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية و تعلمها في ان.
