The study investigates the impact of the 6 Rs approach on the pragmatic competence of English as a foreign language students, with a focus on production and awareness of requests and refusals.Using aquasi-experimental design, the research employs Discourse Completion Tasks, Pragmatic Awareness Tests, and Role Plays in the pre—and post tests, then , a Course feedback questionnaire at the end of the treatment. Results indicate improvements in appropriacy and strategy choice, with enhanced pragmatic awareness and positive perceptions from participants.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فحص تأثير مقاربة على تطوير مهارات التداولية لطلاب اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية Rs6 تم التركيز على الفهم والإنتاج التداولي فيما يخص أفعال الكلام للرفض والطلب المناسبة. شارك 102 طالبًا في دورة بيداغوجية تتبع المنهج الشبه تجريبي .أظهرت النتائج تحسنًا في مهارات التداول لدى المجموعتين التجريبيتين مقارنة بالمجموعتين الضابطتين. أظهرت النتائج فعالية المقاربة بتحسن ملحوظ في الفهم و الإنتاج للرفض و الطلب ,كما بينت الانطباعات الإيجابية للمشاركين تجاه استخدام المقاربة لتعلم المهارة التداولية في اللغة الإنجليزية
