The Northern Ireland conflict, one of the longest disputes in modern
history, experienced three decades of bloodshed starting in the late
1960s. Although the 1998 Good Friday Agreement brought peace, Brexit
has jeopardized this stability due to border tensions. This dissertation
explores how the conflict was resolved in a divided society and
emphasises the importance of maintaining peace for future generations.

الصراع في ايرلندا الشمالية، وهو أحد أطول النزاعات في التاريخ الحديث، شهد ثلاثة عقود من
سفك الدماء بدءًا من أواخر الستينيات. على الرغم من أن اتفاق الجمعة العظيمة لعام 1998
جلب السلام، إلا أن خروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي عرّض هذا الاستقرار للخطربسبب
التوتراتالمتعلقةبالحدود. تستكشف هذه الأطروحة كيفية حل النزاع في مجتمعمنقسم وتؤكد على
أهمية الحفاظ على السلام للأجيال القادمة.
