-Résumé en Anglais :
The killer clown image stands out as unique literary element in postmodern literature. I argue that killer clowns in postmodern literature mirror the character and philosophy of the Greek god Dionysus. Killer clown variables from King’s It, Rushdie’s Shalimar the Clown and Moore and Bolland’s Batman the Killing Joke are examined through the eyes of mythology and Nietzschean philosophy. For the mythology, a comparative technique used to draw similarities between killer clown characters and Dionysus. The Nietzschean philosophy is used to draw what Dionysian philosophical techniques exist in the characters of the killer clown variables; this method considers clowns as Nietzscheans per se.

"المهرج القاتل" يتفرد كعنصر أدبي مميز في الأدب ما بعد الحداثي. تقترح هذه الأطروحة أن هذه الشخصيات الأدبية تُجسد بشكل غير واعٍ سمات وشخصية الإله اليوناني ". تم تحليل السمات الديونيسية في متغيرات المهرج القاتل من "هو" لستيفن كينغ، و"شاليمار المهرج" لسلمان رشدي (2005)، و"باتمان: النكتة القاتلة" لألان مور وبريان بولاند، باستخدام مناهج الميثولوجيا والفلسفة. يعتمد هذا الإطار على دراسات ميثولوجية عن ديونيسوس, تُستخدم تقنية المقارنة لرسم التشابهات بين شخصية ديونيسوس ومتغيرات المهرج القاتل. يعتمد هذا الإطار على المصادر الأولية لفلسفة نيتشه لتحديد التقنيات الفلسفية الديونيسية الموجودة في شخصيات المهرج القاتل, تعتبر هذه الدراسة المهرجين كنيتشويين بحد ذاتهم.

Natural spoken English involves features like assimilation, linking, elision, and reduced forms, which often hinder EFL learners’ listening comprehension. These connected speech processes make familiar words sound unfamiliar, creating challenges in understanding native speakers. Such issues are common among Algerian EFL students, who struggle despite knowing the vocabulary. This highlights a significant gap in perceptual listening skills.

تتضمن اللغة الإنجليزية الشفوية في سياقها الطبيعي عمليات صوتية مثل الإدغام، والربط، والحذف، واختزال الكلمات الوظيفية، والتي كثيرًا ما تعيق فهم المتعلمين لها كلغة أجنبية. تجعل هذه الظواهر الكلمات المألوفة تبدو غير مفهومة، مما يصعّب فهم المتحدثين الأصليين. وتُعد هذه الصعوبات شائعة بين الطلاب الجزائريين، رغم معرفتهم بالمفردات، مما يشير إلى وجود فجوة ملحوظة في مهارات الفهم السمعي الإدراكي.

on his modernisation project aimed at reshaping the party’s image through progressive
rhetoric and centrist policies. It evaluates how his strategy helped the party regain power but

Brexit.

This research examines the role of popular fiction in criticizing the Manifest Destiny. It leads a comparative study between Mario Puzo’s The Godfather (1969) and Chuck Palahniuk’s Fight Club (1996). The aim is to evaluate the progress of the portrayed antiheroes, represented by Corleone and Durden, in their attempts to delegitimize the Manifest Destiny.

يُعنى هذا البحث بدور الرواية الشعبية في تقييم وانتقاد وتفحص الجوانب الرئيسية مثل المصير ألأمريكي حيث تقدم دراسة ألأطروحة مقارنة بين Mario Puzo The Godfather  (1969) و   .Fight Club (1996) Chuck Palahniuk الهدف منها هو تقييم تطور مناهضي- كورليوني و دوردن، في محاولاتهم لرفع الشرعية عن المصير الواضح.
